Farmer Punches Speed Bag
Fun day at the gym catching a little speed bag workout with Dad. Takes a bit of adjusting to use someone elses equipment but, we made it work and had a lot of fun. A great cardio workout and really helps with strength and your hand and eye coordination. Check it out!
